BT tasked Alloy with refreshing and revitalising their DECT range in order to capitalise on the economic risk that Brexit has put the UK under. The brief was to create an affordable, visually compelling product whilst reducing the amount of parts, increasing perceived value and to guide the BT product range through a transition into a new era.
The design team used experience-led design aggressively to achieve higher margins and extend brand appeal to younger buyers using a unique blend of design innovation, ergonomics and simplicity.
